New Client Comments on Connection & Gratitude

Hi this is Reena. I wanted to share a new client's first experience with me.  
     
I haven't done anything physical except walking my dog since covid & have been trying to find a place where I can feel better about myself.  Get fit.  Work on my balance.  Feel strong.  Be flexible enough to play on the floor with my grandson.  Age gracefully with my husband.  I had always done Pilates & worked with a trainer but was having trouble finding a good fit.  
     I put my conundrum out there on Nextdoor & along came Reena.  We met yesterday for the first time.  She asked all the right questions & just listened actually listened, without writing stuff down on a form.  She.  Just. Listened.  She made me feel comfortable immediately & I couldn't wait to get started.  She's knowledgeable, relatable, a joy to be around.  We officially started today & she spent time getting to know me better, working on my balance, helping me with basics like going up & down the stairs, but doing it safer & more efficientlty.  Reena also proved that she's more holistic than I'm used to, which is a good thing, sharing meal ideas & how she starts her day being grateful.  
     I look forward to working with Reena more & I'll begin to see results soon.
